TEEN CHARGED WITH CARELESS DRIVING FOR MOPED WRECK

A local teenager has been charged with careless driving following an accident between his moped and a pedestrian.  New Jersey State Police announced via a press release that charges were filed against 18 year old Thomas Fellenbaum of Cape May Court House.  Police say Fellenbaum was driving his moped on Sea Isle Boulevard Monday evening when he struck a pedestrian identified as 18 year old Neal Hallowell of Pennsylvania.  Both men suffered injuries in the accident; Hallowell was airlifted to a hospital in Atlantic City with injuries to his face and head.
