TAYLOR’S REQUEST FOR LIFETIME BENEFITS FROM THE COUNTY TOSSED BY JUDGE

A legal action taken by former Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor to secure lifetime insurance benefits has been tossed by a superior court judge.  The County issued a press statement today saying that complaint includes language that says Taylor’s request and alleged retaliation was devoid of facts.  Taylor has 30 days to amend his complaint.
