TAX BREAK BILL MOVES THROUGH ASSEMBLY

Legislation aimed at bringing more business into New Jersey passed through the Assembly on Thursday. The bill would have the corporate income tax in the state be based solely off of in-state sales. A formula is currently used for companies that do business out of state. The proposal passed 76-0. This bill is a part of a package that Democrats are moving to try and spur on job growth.
