A new report says the Senate President Steve Sweeney wants Gov. Chris Christie to come to terms on a budget agreement for the state. MyFoxPhilly.com reports that Sweeney has said if he does not get his way, he will reintroduce what was known as the “millionaire’s tax,” which is a surtax on people earning more than $400,000 a year. The tax expired before the end of the Gov. Jon Corzine tenure. Christie has said he would not sign any such tax increase into law.
