SWEENEY: IF GOVERNMENT SHUTS DOWN, IT’S PHIL MURPHY’S FAULT

Senate President Steve Sweeney says if state government shuts down due to a lack of a budget, it’s Governor Murphy’s fault.  Sweeney says the legislature is ready to approve a budget, but without a millionaire’s tax that Murphy insists needs to be in the budget, or he won’t sign it.  A new budget is due in five weeks.
