SWEENEY: HEY GOVERNOR, FORGET ABOUT TAX HIKES

Senate President Steve Sweeney has told Governor Murphy that democrats in Trenton will consider no tax increases next year and he should abandon the idea now.  Murphy told reporters earlier this week that it was too early to know if tax hikes were coming next year.  Sweeney says the state needs structural reform to government spending before any tax hikes would be contemplated.
