SWEENEY: GOVERNOR SHOULD STILL BE GOVERNOR OUT OF STATE

Senate President Steve Sweeney says the governor of New Jersey should still be the governor when he or she travels out of state. Sweeney will be the acting governor for two days this week since both Governor Christie and Lt. Gov. Guadagno will be attending the same event in Colorado.
