SUPPORT GROUP FOR SANDY SURVIVORS MEETS TUESDAY IN OCEAN CITY

The New Jersey Hope and Healing support group will meet for the first time this Tuesday night in Ocean City, to help survivors from Superstorm Sandy manage the emotional consequences of flooding and understand the impact of weather emergencies. The Ocean City Gazette reports that the group, sponsored by New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services through a FEMA grant, will meet at St. John Lutheran Church in Ocean City. The group will give survivors a place to anonymously share their experiences and to vent to each other.
