STRONG WINDS CONTINUE INTO MID AFTERNOON, POWER OUTAGES REPORTED

Strong winds from the coastal storm continue into the afternoon with some wind gusts reaching 60 mph at the southern New Jersey shore.  Atlantic City Electric reports that it has been restoring spotty outages all day; some communities are reporting the power staying on, but lights flickering now and then.  120 overhead wire contractors have been brought in during this storm event by the utility.
