STORM UPDATE: CAPE MAY COUNTY ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF SEVERE WINTER WEATHER

We will know much more Thursday night or Friday morning, but it appears that the Jersey Cape will be spared the largest effects of a weekend storm that will dump more than a foot of snow in northern Pennsylvania and New York.  However, burst water pipes are expected to be a problem as a flash freeze will suddenly plummet temperatures late Sunday well below freezing.  Keep listening for updates to the forecast.
