STONE HARBOR NAMES ITS NEW CHIEF OF POLICE

Stone Harbor has a new police chief. Paul Reynolds was named the new head of law enforcemen in the borough. Former Chief William Toland has retired and Reynolds will take his place. Stone Harbor hired from within and moved him up from captain to chief. The swearing in took place during the borough council meeting on Tuesday. Dan Mulraney was also named to captain on the police force.
