STONE HARBOR COUNCIL TO CONSIDER RULES FOR PAID FIREFIGHTERS

The Stone Harbor Borough Council meets Tuesday and is expected to consider an ordinance amendment that would set rules and regulations for paid firefighters in its volunteer department.  The regulations require the position to be filled by a volunteer with at least two years of active service, and sets certain age requirements.  Council meets Tuesday afternoon.
