STONE HARBOR TO CONSIDER HUGE HIKE IN LOITERING FINES

Stone Harbor is considering a major increase in the fines associated with loitering offenses.  Borough Council meets Tuesday afternoon and will consider increasing the fines from $200 to $1,250.  Council is also prepared to discuss upcoming sports camps for the summer season.
