STONE HARBOR TO ADOPT MUNICIPAL BUDGET ON TUESDAY

Stone Harbor is set to adopt its municipal budget on Tuesday.  Council will hold a meeting Tuesday afternoon to adopt the budget, and revise the current loitering ordinance that would increase the maximum fines sixfold.  Council will also put a project out to bid that will reconstruct 95th Street from First Avenue to Second Avenue.
