MOST STILL THINK STATE NOT BACK TO NORMAL POST-SANDY

More needs to be done to get the state back to normal. A new Rutgers-Eagleton poll says two in three believe the state isn’t back to normal following Hurricane Sandy. Many still believe the state is struggling to recovery to get back to where it needs to be. Despite many feeling the job is incomplete, most still grade the state as doing a good job following the storm.
