STATE TROOPER MAKES TOURNIQUET, HELPS SAVE CRASH VICTIM’S LIFE

New Jersey State Trooper Kenneth Minnes is being hailed as a hero for using a branch and a tshirt to make a tourniquet that helped save a crash victim’s life on the Atlantic City Expressway on Monday.  Minnes is a recent graduate of the State Police Academy and made the rescue while he was off duty.  Details of the event are posted on the State Police’s social media page.
