STATE TO SPEND MONEY TO BUILD NEW SCHOOLS

225px-ChChristieNew Jersey Governor Chris Christie is expected to outline a plan today that will result in the state spending a half billion dollars to build or renovate ten New Jersey schools, mostly in the northern part of the state. The list of schools that will receive the funding will be unveiled today. The state is expected to spend nearly $600 million on this ambitious project. The program is being implemented by the state’s Schools Development Authority.
