The New Jersey Senate is poised to vote on a measure Thursday that could result in the furlough of 100,000 state employees.  The plan would be to allow the workers to recover the money through enhanced unemployment insurance.  The Senate may not have the support from the Governor or Assembly when it votes on Thursday.
