STATE TO SERIOUSLY CRACKDOWN ON TEXTING WHILE DRIVING MOTORISTS

Here’s your warning:  Starting Sunday, New Jersey police will be seriously cracking down on drivers who text while driving.  The “U Drive, U Text, U Pay” enforcement campaign begins this weekend and fines could range between $200-$400 for violators.  The initiative is part of National Distracted Driving Month.
