STATE SENATOR WANTS MORE REPUBLICANS ON BRIDGE COMMITTEE

A republican state senator from New Jersey says there are not enough members of his party on a special committee investigating the George Washington Bridge controversy.  Senator Michael Doherty says there are eight democrats and only four republicans on the new merged legislative committee, and he says it’s not balanced.  The  committee has two co-chairs, both democrats.
