STATE SENATOR ACC– USED IN SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE

A state Senator in New Jersey has been accused of sexual harassment. State Sen. Nicholas Sacco is alleged to have sexually harassed Lydia Coleman, of Secaucus. Coleman says the incidents took place over the course of a two year period. According to her report, the accusation is over a two year period from 2003 to 2004. Sacco is also the mayor in Secaucus.
