New Jersey State Police are looking for a man who is using counterfeit money to make purchases at various stores in Cape May County. The man has used fake $20 bills at several businesses in Upper Township and Sea Isle City. Police have released a store photo of the man, described as a black male, standing about 6’4″ tall, with a stye on his lower eyelid.
