STATE POLICE REMEMBER FRANKIE WILLIAMS ON ANNIVERSARY OF HIS DEATH

New Jersey State Police paused on Saturday to remember the passing of State Trooper Frankie Williams who died in a motor vehicle accident on Route 55 in Millville.  Williams’ patrol car was struck by a car that crossed the center median of Route 55 and hit his vehicle four years ago.  Williams was pronounced dead of his injuries.
