New Jersey State Police have charged two men from Cape May Court House with serious weapons violations. Police announced that 35 year old Christopher Liston and 73 year old James Liston have both been charged, with illegal firearms confiscated. Christopher Liston re-routed a gun from out of state from a gun dealership to the Rio Grande Post Office where his father picked it up. Police charged the Listons after multiple firearms were found at the residence; James Liston was released pending a court hearing.
