STATE POLICE ARREST HOME INVASION SUSPECT

250px-New_Jersey_State_PoliceState Police arrested a man wanted in a home invasion. The New Jersey State Police arrested Robert T. Phillips in Woodbine, NJ who was wanted in relation to the Home Invasion that occurred on June 22nd, 2010 in the Goshen section of Middle Township.  He is in the Cape May County Jail on $250,000 bail charged with Robbery, Criminal Restraint, Burglary, Theft and Possession of Firearms.

The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Middle Township Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a second individual, Joshua Devericks, who was involved in the above Home Invasion.   He is considered armed and dangerous and is currently wanted for Robbery, Criminal Restraint, Burglary, Theft and Possession of Firearms.  If anyone has any information, please contact the Middle Township Police Department at 609-465-8700 or Cape May County Crime Stoppers @ 609-465-2800.   All information will remain confidential and may be reported anonymously.  You can also leave an anonymous tip by going to www.middletownship.com and clicking on the icon labeled, “Police Tip Line”.
