STATE OFFICES OPENING TWO HOURS LATE DUE TO WINTER STORM

New Jersey offices are opening two hours late on Tuesday due to the winter storm that will largely impact the northern part of the state.  Governor Murphy announced the late opening late last night, following his declared State of Emergency.  Three to six inches of snow, plus some ice, are expected north of Trenton.
