STATE IS AGAINST INCREASED LIMIT TO STORE NUCLEAR ENEGRY

A lawsuit has been filed by a number of states against the federal government for allowing nuclear fuel to be stored for 60 years at a nuclear site that has been shut down. The previous limit was 30 years. New Jersey wants to join the lawsuit over concerns of storing the waste and potential environmental hazards.
