The rate of transmission of coronavirus in New Jersey continues to trend in the wrong direction.  On Sunday, the state announced that the rate had climbed to 1.49, which means for every person who gets sick, one and a half people get it from them, on average.  There were six new deaths and 331 new cases reported Sunday.
