STATE COULD TAKE OVER COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES

gov_christieA study has been commissioned to look at whether the state should be in charge of the county prosecutor’s offices. Gov. Chris Christie has signed off on a commission to look into this possibility. The study is due on Dec. 15, and will look at finding uniformity in all prosecutor’s offices. The commission is going to be chaired by the Attorney General Paula Dow.
