STATE COMPTROLLER BLASTS EXCESS — USE OF CLOTHING STIPENDS

Over $2 million is wasted in clothing stipends. That was the determination made by the State Comptroller Matthew Boxer. The money is used on “white-collar” jobs and those employees do not wear any special clothing to work each day. Gov. Chris Christie blasted the payments and called out the unions for getting this in the current contract.
