STATE: CLERKS MUST REF– USE SAME SEX MARRIAGE LICENSES

Municipal clerks throughout New Jersey have been ordered to refuse any marriage licenses from same sex couples until the state supreme court rules on the matter.  The New Jersey Health Department ordered all clerks to turn down requests for marriage licenses until the court rules if those weddings can begin Monday per a lower court ruling.
