ST. ANTHONY CLOSES BASKETBALL CLASSIC WITH BIG WIN

The 2012 Boardwalk Basketball Classic ended with a highly anticipated boy’s match-up on Sunday at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Head coach Bob Hurley led his St. Anthony team to a 57-23 win over Camden. The Wildwood Catholic boys defeated Penns Grove 52-39 to win the Frank McAlarnen Championship, and the Ocean City boys beat the Atlantic County Institute of Technology 53-30 in a consolation game. The Wildwood girls beat Cape May Tech 44-30 in a Boardwalk Cup Showcase Game.
