ITS OFFICIAL: WALTERS, MASTRANGELO LOSE PRIMARY IN STONE HARBOR

There will be a change on Republican side in Stone Harbor. Mayor Suzanne Walters and Councilman Barry Mastrangelo both have lost their primary election. Walters was challenged by Councilwoman Judy Davies-Dunhour, who outpolled Walters in the republican primary election. An Atlantic City Electric utility project, and who knew what about the project, was a big campaign issue during this primary election. Judy Davies-Dunhour came in with 235 votes to Walters with 157. Meanwhile Charles Krafczek and Mantura Gallagher will be on the GOP side of the ticket for November, both of whom ran with Davies-Dunhour.
