SOME LOCALS APPOINTED TO STATE BOARDS

120px-Seal_of_New_Jersey_svgSome local residents have received important nominations to various state boards courtesy of Governor Chris Christie.  Middle Township resident Dennis Roberts, who owns the Bellvue Tavern, has been nominated to a post on the state’s School Ethics Commission.  Roberts has been a longtime member of the Middle Township Board of Education.  Cape May County Republican Party Chairman and Dennis Township resident Mike Donohue has been appointed to be a part of the Governor’s Advisory Council on Volunteerism and Community Service.   Residents Ed Beck and Rita Fulginiti were both nominated to other boards as well.
