SO CALLED “RAIN TAX” NOW LAW IN THE GARDEN STATE

New Jersey is sure to be the butt of some late night talk show jokes as our so-called rain tax has been signed into law.  The law allows towns and counties in New Jersey to establish stormwater utilities that could tax property owners for impermeable surfaces…or the amount of rainwater that goes into collection systems.
