SO-CALLED “BOOKER BILL” SIGNED INTO LAW BY GOVERNOR MURPHY

A new bill signed into law by Governor Murphy essentially changes state law so Senator Cory Booker can run for both a Senate seat, and for President, if he chooses to in two years.  A new bill signed by Murphy does not force Booker to choose what office he runs for; instead, he can run for both seats if he wants.  The Governor’s office made it clear other candidates can benefit from this new law.
