A new report says taxes will be going up in West Wildwood. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the increase is under one cent. The total budget comes in at $2.2 million. The proposed spending plan would bump up the tax rate to 53.6 cents per $100 assessed valuation. The report says the increase has a lot to do with the drop in ratables. The borough lost almost $8 million worth.
