SIX MONTH EXTENSION IN FILING FOR FLOOD INSURANCE CLAIMS

The federal government has provided another extension for those applying for flood insurance claims. FEMA has provided the six month gap for those impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The deadline was set for Tuesday. Gov. Chris Christie had requested the extension a couple of weeks ago. This is the third time FEMA has extended the deadline on claims.
