SHOTS FIRED IN LOWER, ARREST MADE.

Lower Township Police responded to shots being fired on Sept. 11. Ryan Toler was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and three weapon possession charges. Police say that Toler allegedly got into a physical altercation with Randy coco, of Green Creek at the Bolero Bar in Wildwood. Coco arrived at Toler’s residence on the 600 block of Railroad Ave. in Erma. Toler told police he fired a shotgun in the air to scare him away because Coco had called him numerous times and threatened him. Coco told police the shot was fired in his direction. Bail was set at $50,000.
