A man was killed when he was shot to death in Fairfield. The News of Cumberland County reports that David Sapp, of Bridgeton, was rushed to an area hospital but was pronounced dead. Police say the shooter is still at-large. One suspect has been arrested, but has not been charged in the actual shooting.
