SHARK FOUND MONDAY MORNING ON WILDWOOD CREST BEACH

A shark was discovered on Wildwood Crest beach Monday morning. Wildwood Crest Public Works found the shark during the morning and removed it from the beach. Wildwood Crest officials confirmed that the shark was removed and normal beach operations continued later in the day. The shark was found around Newark Ave. The Marine Mammal Stranding Center said they were not notified of the shark washing up on shore.
