“SEXTING” BILL TO GET VOTE IN ASSEMBLY

A measure to avoid criminal prosecution of first-time juvenile “sexting” offenders is up for a vote today. The Assembly is set to vote on the bill that would put some of these offenders into a diversionary program. The problems runs across the country where children are texting or posting sexually explicit images. The legislation has not been looked at in the Senate yet.
