Robert Taylor is getting five more years as Cape May County Prosecutor. The full Senate approved the nomination by a 25 to 12 vote. The vote took place Monday. Taylor was nominated just before the end of Jon Corzine’s time as governor, but did not go through. His name was removed prior to a hearing taking place regarding his renomination. State Senator Jeff Van Drew was a big supporter of Taylor and helped to keep Taylor in office.
