The potential movement of the Presidential primary in New Jersey inched forward on Monday. A key Senate committee moved the bill forward, that would move the primary to the state’s regular primary date in June. The change is estimated to save New Jersey $12 million in 2012, by not having to hold a separate election for the Presidential primary.
