SECURITY HEIGHTENED AT SHORE TOWNS AFTER BOMBINGS

South Jersey towns along the shore are boosting their security for upcoming special events, after the bombings in Seaside Park and New York City. Ocean City Police are adding ten more officers for the MS City to Shore Ride and the Walk for the Wounded. Bomb- sniffing dogs from the Cape May County Sheriff’s office will be on patrol in North Wildwood at this weekend’s Irish Fall Festival. Gov. Christie has asked Garden State residents to be vigilant and always report suspicious activities to authorities.
