SECOND NJN HEARING HELD ON THURSDAY

Another hearing was held on Thursday to discuss the future of NJN. The hearing was held at Stockton College. Gov. Chris Christie proposed getting the public broadcasting group off the state payroll. Lawmakers are working on how to properly move the television and radio group into non-profit status. State Senator Jeff Van Drew sits on this committee.
