SEARCH SUSPENDED FOR PILOT OF PLANE THAT CRASHED NEAR CAPE MAY POINT

The United States Coast Guard has officially suspended the search for the pilot of a plane who crashed his aircraft into the Atlantic Ocean near the Cape May Point Lighthouse on Wednesday.  Officials say State Police will continue the search for the unidentified pilot who was very experienced with flying the type of aircraft that crashed.  The pilot’s identity has not been made public.  The plane departed an airport in Mercer County Wednesday morning before the accident.
