SCHUNDLER DISAGREES WITH CHRISTIE ON SCHOOL BUDGET VOTE

The top education official and Gov. Chris Christie are not on the same page on how state residents should vote on the school budget. Education Commissioner Bret Schundler made public comments on Tuesday and said voters should not necessarily vote down a school budget that does not include a wage freeze for teachers. Schundler suggested said each budget needs to be looked at separately. Christie said that voters should vote no if a wage freeze is not apart of their districts budget.
