SCHOOL WORKER SUSPENDED AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGE

The Vineland School District has suspended a maintenance worker in the Landis Intermediate School after he was charged with sexually assaulting an 11-year-old. The Daily Journal reports that Felix Rodriguez was suspended. It is the second time he has been charged while on the job. Rodriguez was charged with lewdness in 2003, but was later cleared of that charge.
