SCHOOL FUNDING VOTE IN SOMERS POINT ON TUESDAY

Voters in Somers Point will have their say on nearly $3.5 million in school improvements. A referendum vote will be held there on Tuesday for improvements to the city’s three schools. The school is eligible for $2.3 million towards the $5.7 million total project. The biggest improvement is a new roof at the Jordan Road School.
